Desired Job Profile
  • Will be responsible for the functioning of the project engaging with underprivileged tribals particularly pregnant and lactating women, children and adolescents living in Sanjay Gandhi National Park.  He/ She will be responsible for supervising and guiding the project staff to translate the strategic vision of the organization into grass root action. The candidate must have technical understanding of mother, child and adolescent health.
  
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Ensure project implementation and execution as per the annual operational plan.
  • Establish networks and linkages with key stakeholders. Build rapport and partnership with local CBOS, NGOs, government agencies and service providers in the fields of health and nutrition, education and livelihood.
  • Timely prepare and submit monthly reports, budget proposals, Annual Work Plan, and statistical data related to the project.
  • Represent the project on various platforms in due consultation with Senior Program Team.
  • Monitor project progress, financial and physical, regularly against the annual project plan.

 

Qualifications
  • Masters in Social Work with 3-4 years of relevant work experience in Project management and implementation
  • Sound understanding of child right, health, education, WASH and livelihood

 

Minimum Experience
  • Candidate must have been in a Managerial position for atleast 2-3 years.
  • Over all experience of 6 years in the social development sector required.
  • Must have good knoweldge in Health, WASH, early childhood education and livelihood.

  • Communication and networking with stakeholders
  • Ability to prepare project reports and proposals
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal
  • Good command over English language and fluency in local language- Marathi/Hindi
