Desired Job Profile

·         Co-ordination between various communities, colleges, government officials.

·         Managing interns and volunteers

·         Initiating and handling the end to end ER Fellowship process which is a flagship program for youth.

·         Work extensively and engage with CSO and Youth in colleges and universities

·         Planning exposure visits, retaining interns/volunteers and ensuring overall participation in governance through fellowship and awareness programs.

·         Ensure that communities have access and participation in public processes, programs and forums related to governance and discuss with city and community leaders to determine priorities and sustainability goals.

·         Maintain appropriate communications about program activities with staff, board and other key stakeholders

·         Be willing to travel extensively within the city and outstation as per the program requirement(60% time will be spent on the field; 40% within the office)

·         Be available to take workshops at appropriate conferences, events, and meetings

·         Assure appropriate documentation and maintenance of relevant records for future reference adhering to the existing norms of the organization and to prepare and write detailed event and activity reports on a regular basis.

Qualifications
graduate
Minimum Experience
0-3 yrs
Skills

·         Understanding of Right to Information Act

·         Understanding of political, governance and democratic concepts and working of administration

·         Comfortable with public speaking

·         Good computer skills: Microsoft Word/Excel/ PowerPoint and Internet/Social media

·         Good communication skills (written and oral) in English and preferably Marathi

·         Self-motivated with a strong sense of commitment to work under minimal supervision

·         Ability to work in a team

·         Ability to work in a deadline driven and dynamic environment

·         Flexible and adaptable

·         Multi-tasker with attention to details
