Tasks and Responsibilities
 Centre Management:
  • To ensure all the projects and program run smoothly and get completed successfully in time.
  • To be responsible for quality delivery of all the project.
  • Manage risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Manage policies, processes, tools, frameworks, techniques, people and relationships to a successful project outcome.
  • To monitor and evaluate the program delivery by volunteers for the community partners.
  • To carry out additional duties and responsibilities from time to time
Project management:
  • To monitor and evaluate the program delivery by team, volunteers, etc. for the community partners.
  • Provide communications, reports and progress updates throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Deliver the agreed outcomes of the project to the right scope, timescales, cost and quality.
  • To critical analyses the ongoing program and course correct wherever applicable.
  • To create schedules, set timelines for projects.
Reporting & Documentation:
  • To develop case studies of the important milestones during the project tenure.
  • To organize and execute events and other promotional activities aimed at increasing visibility of the ongoing program and brand building with all the stake holders
  • To adhere to systems and processes of the organization at all times
Managing Relationship:
  • To support the corporate partners and community partners in managing the Centre’s work effectively.
  • To communicate with all the stakeholders of the centers.
  • To best represent the organization at all times
  • To maintain proper documentation and filing systems (paper & electronic) required for and ensure documents are in order and updated
Leadership Skills: 
  • To mentor and keep the team motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions
  • To ensure everyone in the team adheres to the processes and polices
  • To support the team in achieving their objectives and resolve their concerns
Planning & Budgeting:
  • To develop annual plan for all the programs
  • To set annual targets and objectives
  • To create budget for annual projects
  • To set KRA’s for the team
  • Essential: Graduate from any stream
Minimum Experience
  • Preferred: Management, MSW or equivalent with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience
  •  Communication & Interpersonal skills
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
