The war for talent is far from over. Recruitment, Reward and Retention strategies have gained as much importance as any other management strategies to make any business model successful.

In a scenario where demand for talent is far more than the supply, non profits and social enterprises in India are sometimes forced to relook at their expansion plans only because they are unable to source for the right matches.

It is on the same premises that Shalabh Sahai, Founder of JobsForGood and his close friend and classmate at IRMA - Rahul Nainwal, then took it upon themselves to source skills and smiles for the social sector. Thus iVolunteer was born as the first and only one of its kind in India, a social enterprise that promotes volunteering.

However, they soon realised that although there were a pleasing number of people wanting to engage as full time professionals in the social sector, a string of start-ups were all competing for the same talent pool. Thus JobsForGood was founded in 2007, with a clear objective of enabling social sector entities to leverage human capital towards their mission.

JobsForGood's services are defined into 2 distinct streams - search and selection to help social enterprises recruit appropriate talent and HR Consulting to develop organizational systems and sector knowledge.

Our ability to execute uniquely crafted recruitment and HR processes for the development sector coupled with our domain knowledge is helping us get closer to our ambition of being the most preferred HR service provider in the social sector.

Today JobsForGood reaches out to and supports Corporate CSR & International Foundations, Leading Indian and International non profits / Development Agencies as well as Social Enterprises across India through its offices in
Mumbai and New Delhi.
