Through the iVolunteer initiative which reaches out to 300 plus organizations across India and overseas, MITRA has placed close to 5000 volunteers in the last 3 years. In the process of working with organizations and volunteers MITRA has developed skills in identifying manpower requirements and sourcing the right match for them.  Along the way we have forged relationships with lots of NGOs and companies working in the social development sector. MITRA aims to leverage this experience in the social development jobs initiative.
